TG Group Welcomes Young Farmers to Head Office for Site Tour

TG Group was pleased to welcome young farmers from Whitchurch, and Whittington & Oswestry for a site tour of their head office on Wednesday, April 12th.

The young farmers were able to see firsthand the operations of TG Group, including a tour of the concrete plant, waste material recycling facility (MRF), biomass plant and drying facility, and the sand and gravel quarry. They also had the opportunity to meet with some of the team members and learn about the processes and techniques used by the company.

“We were delighted to have the young farmers from Whitchurch, and Whittington & Oswestry visit our site today,” said Tudor Griffiths, Managing Director of TG Group. “It is important for us to showcase the work that we do and the technologies we use to produce high-quality materials for our customers. We are always looking for opportunities to educate and engage with the farming community, and this tour was an excellent opportunity for us to do so.”

The young farmers were impressed with the site and the technologies used by TG Group. They were able to see how the company is able to recycle waste and also learned about the importance of sustainability in the industry and how TG Group is making efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.

“We were really impressed with what we saw today,” said one of the young farmers. “It was fascinating to see the processes and the technology used to produce the materials we use every day. We also learned a lot about sustainability and how TG Group is working to reduce their impact on the environment. It was a great experience, and we are very grateful to TG Group for inviting us.”

The tour was a great success, and TG Group hopes to continue to engage with the farming community in the future. TG are committed to providing high-quality products and services to their customers while also making efforts to reduce their impact on the environment.
