Chester Branch Raises Funds for Local Care Home

The Chester branch of TG Builders Merchants is proud to announce that it has raised £2000 through a raffle of a jumbo bag of logs. The proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Iddenshall Hall Care Home to purchase a magic table for the residents with dementia.

The magic table is an interactive sensory table designed to provide stimulation and enjoyment for residents living with dementia. The table is equipped with lights, music, and various textures to encourage engagement and improve quality of life.

Nigel Tucker, a local resident, was the lucky winner of the jumbo bag of logs. “I am delighted to have won the raffle and I am even more thrilled that my donation will go towards such a worthy cause,” said Mr Tucker.

TG Builders Merchants’ Chester Branch Manager, Alastair Wycherley​, said “We are delighted to have raised such a significant amount for Iddenshall Hall Care Home. The magic table will make a real difference to the lives of the residents with dementia and we are proud to be able to support our local community in this way.”
